Hello, I am Ginger Smith with Exit Midlands Realty. We serve areas of Columbia, Lexington, Chapin, Newberry, and Irmo. I have lived in many places around the country and Hawaii, and I am happ y to say I am calling the Midlands my home. After living in many places we chose this area for the many amazing things it has to offer: the beach and the mountains within driving distance, beautiful lakes, beautiful cities and so much more.
